Understand what
you want to change.
Show us where your team copies information, reconciles spreadsheets or searches through email. An anonymized example and a conversation with the person doing the work help make the problem concrete.
We compare the practical options before defining what to build. The scope should explain who it helps, what changes in the workflow and how the first version will be tested.
Choose the simplest suitable option
If an existing product or a small configuration change meets the need, it should be considered. Custom development needs a clear business reason.
Validate with the people doing the work
Agree on realistic examples and exceptions. Review working versions against those cases instead of relying on a feature checklist alone.
Make operating responsibilities explicit
